A latest Guideline for all the pregnant women

In a new research it has been concluded that by the monitoring weight during pregnancy can reduce the chances of large and fatty baby. An average weight of baby during birth is the indication of a weight of child that will carry through preschool and even into adulthood, said by Dr. Kristi Adamo, a co-author of the study and co-founder of the Healthy Active Living and Obesity (HALO) Research Group at the CHEO Research Institute.


A healthy eating and healthy lifestyle decision during pregnancy will much more impact than a nine month gestation periods. An unhealthy diet plan can also lead gestational diabetes during pregnancy.  So it is necessary to follow healthy eating and lifestyle.


The study is mainly conducted on 4,321pairs of Caucasian woman and babies from Ottawa and Kingston. Almost 58% of the women exceeded the gestational weight gain guideline.


In this study, the researchers weren't able to control for factors like socioeconomic status and educational level. These study completely based on causes and effect relationship between healthy and eating and exercise during pregnancy and it effect on newborn and children. Read more about study. .


So study show a healthy diet for pregnant women really helpful not even her pregnancy but also beneficial for healthy child future.
